Welcome to Paz Medicinal Garden, a living sanctuary nestled in the rainforest just outside La Fortuna, Costa Rica.

What began as a family homestead has grown into a place where plants, culture, and community come together. We are passionate about preserving traditional plant knowledge, celebrating indigenous wisdom, and sharing the healing gifts of nature with people from around the world.

Our garden is home to more than 100 medicinal plants, fruit trees, flowers, roots, vines, and native species that have been used for generations to nourish the body, calm the mind, and support overall well-being. Every plant has a story, and every visit is an invitation to reconnect with the natural world.

Paz Medicinal Garden is lovingly cared for by our family. Edy, a Brunca artisan from Costa Rica, shares his ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants and creates handcrafted indigenous art that honors his heritage. Together with Bridie, a herbal educator and wellness guide, we welcome guests into our home to experience the beauty of rainforest plant medicine through immersive garden walks, herbal tea rituals, and meaningful conversations.

Our handcrafted herbal teas are inspired by the very plants growing around us. We carefully harvest and prepare many of our ingredients in small batches, creating blends that reflect the abundance and wisdom of the Costa Rican rainforest. Each cup is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience the healing traditions of this extraordinary land.
